My husband and I worked with Madeline at the New York State Commission for the Blind and Visually Handicapped in the 1980’s. She was a pleasure to work with, always had a smile on her face and encouraged staff to be their best. Rest In Peace ❤️ Laurie Munro and Steve Betterley
