Obituary of Anne Lilly Bayruns

CLIFTON PARK – Anne Lilly Bayruns, 57, of Clifton Park, formerly of Saranac Lake, entered into rest on October 24, 2022, at Glens Falls Hospital. The daughter of Robert and Marilyn (Smith) Lilly, Anne was born in Biloxi, MS on July 27, 1965. Anne was raised in Mississippi and has resided in Germany, Omaha, Nebraska; Denver, Colorado and lastly Clifton Park, New York at the time of her death. Ms. Bayruns received her education from Papillion High School and Regis College, earning a bachelor’s degree in education. Her employment history includes: San Angelo Elementary School, The Lake Placid Pub and Brewery, St. Bernard’s School, St. Agnes School, Petrova School, Mountain Lake Academy, Saratoga Academy of Arts and Sciences, Child Time Learning Center, Mother Theresa Academy, and lastly the University at Albany. Anne was an Air Force daughter and an Air Force wife for twenty years. She had a very giving heart and was kind to everyone she met. Teaching and helping people were her passion. Anne received the recognition as “Volunteer of the Year” from Joseph’s House Homeless Shelter. But her greatest achievement and reward was being the greatest mother in the world to her sons. In addition to her parents, survivors include her sons: Robert James Bayruns III and Nicholas Patrick Bayruns. Anne is also survived by her siblings: Bob Lilly, Tom Lilly, Catherine Ericson, Patrick Lilly. Cremation took place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc. The Bayruns Family has chosen to honor Anne’s memory in a private way.
