My name is Erica and I'm an activities aide at the heritage house. Lois was the most wonderful person and we would have some of the absolute best talks. She was always sure to ask how my children were doing and to let me know that she was grateful to have me there which makes my heart very happy. I only work weekends and the last Sunday that I got to see her we had one of our long talks and I got to say goodbye to her right on my way out the door to go home. I am so grateful for that. Lois was very special to me and I am going to miss her very much. My condolences to the family, I'm so so sorry for your loss and I just wanted to let you know how wonderful she was. But I'm sure you already knew that ❤️
