Obituary of Mark A. Favreau

COHOES – Mark A. Favreau, 71, of Cohoes, entered into rest on July 23, 2022, after a long illness with his loving daughter by his side. The son of the late Rene E. and Gilberte H. “Julie” (Langdoc) Favreau, Mark was born on January 9, 1951, in Cohoes, New York. A lifelong resident of Cohoes, Mark received his education from local public schools. Following high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1970 and received an honorable discharge in 1972 for his faithful service. Mr. Favreau was formerly employed by Starlight Music Theater and the Coliseum Music Theater in Latham, New York. He enjoyed music and playing the guitar. Survivors include his daughter, Jennifer Favreau, his granddaughter, Aniyah, his brothers Robert and Scott Favreau and his sister Gail Sterantino. Cremation took place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
