Obituary of Linda Ann (Falk) Fowler
GREENWICH, NY –
Linda Ann (Falk) Fowler, 74, of Greenwich, entered into rest on June 18, 2022.
The daughter of the late Henry and Zelma (Salminen) Falk, Linda was born on May 3, 1948, in New York City.
She was raised in New York City and spent summers on Shelter Island, NY
She resided in Troy, NY for most of her life.
Linda received her education from Bronx High School of Science class of 1966, and also, SUNY Albany’s Teaching College where she received her master’s degree in Education.
For many years, Linda was employed by the New York State Dept. of Education as an English Teacher. Linda was a member of NYSUT.
Her hobbies and interests included kayaking, biking, skiing, swimming, and going to museums and galleries and enjoying her animals.
Survivors include her significant other Brendan Clancy, her son Werner Van Der Heide, her grandson Werner Jr., and her granddaughter Kayla.
Besides her parents, Linda was predeceased by her brother, David Falk and her uncle, William E. Parker Jr.
Cremation took place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc. Brendan asks that you remember Linda in your own special way.
