We've had the very good fortune to be next-door neighbors with Sid and Lois for the past six years at Coburg Village. No one could ask for better neighbors - friendly, interested, sharing, and always ready to help with any needs that we had. Of course, these wonderful qualities were not reserved just for the neighbors. Today,a lot of people at Coburg Village are remembering Sid fondly and mourning his loss as a valued friend. I worked under Sid at the NYS DMV and he helped me secure an Administrative Law Judge job back in my hometown of Rochester. A real class act who sincerely wished the best for others and treated everyone with respect and dignity. He was always approachable and always had time for you to discuss matters with him. A true intellect with wit and charm. Smiled a lot and seemed to really enjoy totally his family, friends and job. Down to earth guy, highly regarded in the legal community and a man of integrity, heart and soul. God Bless Him.

I was lucky enough to know Sid from singing with him, at times against him, in the back row of the Choraliers at Coburg Village. My deepest condolences to Lois & Sid's family & friends! Such a sweet man! He will be sorely missed!
