Michael Nadeau

Obituary of Michael Francis Nadeau

Michael Francis Nadeau, 65, formerly of Carman Road, Schenectady, returned to his heavenly home on May 30, 2018 after a valiant battle with a chronic illness. His devotion to family and his firm belief in God supported him in his struggle, and ultimately gave him peace.

Michael was born on October 11, 1952 in Saratoga Springs, NY to the late Origene and Evelyn (Murphy) Nadeau. Michael “Fuz” was very close to his friends and family. He loved holidays at the farm, as well as watching all sports. He always saw the best in people and went out of his way for the underdog. He’ll be remembered for his quick wit.

Michael is survived by his sisters Cheryl Brennan (Billy Lewis) and Patti  Nadeau (Edwin Neuman). He was uncle Fuz to Charlie Brennan, Chris (Stacy, Cameron, and Sidney Marotta), and Brianne Rogers. He considered the staff of the second floor P.T. department at Barnwell Nursing Home his friends and we appreciate all of your compassionate care.

Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a celebration of life for Michael on Sunday, June 10 from 2 to 6 pm at the Henry Cornell American Legion Post 234, 23 Pleasant Street Ballston Spa, NY, 12020.
