Obituary of Richard J. Loffler

Richard Loffler died on March 19, 2018 at Albany Medical Center.  He was a life-long smoker who died of small cell lung cancer.  Richard was born in Massena, New York to Bertha and John Loffler on July 26, 1950.  He is predeceased by his parents and his brother, Gary Loffler.  He is survived by his sisters: Jackie  Green of Norman, Oklahoma;  Dianne Vivlamore (husband Clarence) of Clifton Park, New York;  and Donna Palmer (husband Gary) of Clifton Park, New York, as well as several nieces and nephews and his beloved cat, Fluffy. 

                  Richard was a gifted musician who loved animals.  Early in his life he enjoyed camping and biking.  His favorite job was at Proctors in Schenectady.  Richard was a loving and caring brother who will be deeply missed.  A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
