Obituary of Paul E. Campo

Troy, NY- Paul E. Campo, 73, of Troy, passed away peacefully into the arms of the Lord, February 20, 2016, at Albany Medical Center with loving friends by his side. He was born in Brooklyn NY, the son of the late Simon Brogin and Maryanne (Lynch) Campo. He was the beloved brother of Joseph C. Campo, Linda Greco, Valerie Campo, Vincent Campo, Carmela Campo, Rosalie Campo, and Donna Campo. He was predeceased by his brother Vincent Campo, and his sister Barbara Campo, all from the NY Metropolitan area. Paul was employed at Sam’s Club in Albany for ten years upon moving to the Capital District, after his retirement from the NYC area power company. Paul was a devout Christian and also a faithful and deeply loved friend of Bill W., with many years of continuous recovery in the fellowship, having helped countless people, and will be deeply missed. A memorial service will be celebrated at Christ Church Methodist located on State Street in Downtown Troy on Friday March 4th at 1pm. His family in the NY metropolitan area is also planning a memorial, at a later date.
