To the Rovelli Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Rick was a truly great guy. He was so friendly and kind. I met Rick back in the early 80s when he was going to HVCC for Radiology Technology and was doing his training at Samaritan Hospital and then he worked there after he graduated. Rick was so much fun to work with. Back in the 80s I had a dachshund (a wiener dog) who was named “Heinzie” and Rick always kidded me about it. He called me Heinzie any time I saw him. A few years ago when I saw him at St Peters after many years, he called out Hey Heinzie! He could always make me smile! My condolences to Rick’s friends and family after your tremendous loss, and to Rick’s colleagues at St Peter’s and former colleagues during his long career. He was one of a kind and will be deeply missed. Rest in peace,Ricky. Love, Heinzie

Rick was my student at Samaritan and then my co-worker at Samaritan and my co-worker at ST. Peter’s. He was an outstanding Technologist and friend. We had a lot of fun working together especially when we were at Samaritan. He was always willing to help others and he will most definitely be missed for his kindness and sense of humor. Rest easy, my friend.

Dear Anne, Ricky, Jenna, and Johnny and Angie, With heartfelt sympathy. Rick was a great guy. I remember him hanging out at my house with my brother Tony, and his nephew little Joe as he lived nearby. More recently I recall his sweating face making pizza at the IBS Hall, and seeing he and Anne at Mass on the rare occasionsI attended with my mother, his Aunt Anna. I am fortunate to have seen him having a great time and even dancing at Emily and Ricky‘s wedding in May. Your struggle is over, albeit too soon. RIP Cousin Rick ❤️
