I graduated with Chip. He was a quiet guy. We were fraternity brothers in HS. He had much success on the wrestling mat. He was very humble and won without bragging. RIP in peace my brother.

I am Chip's Uncle, Brother to Chip's Mother. I remember the day Chip was born, he was a welcomed sight since Chip's soon to be Uncle Ray (my Brother) died one month before Chip came into this world. I also remember changing his diapers - another first for me. Chip was always asking me to send him stuff about the Space Programs since I was living in Cape Canaveral and working on the Saturn Apollo Program. Chip had a brilliant mind. When he visited me in Florida, he was about 10 years old and he saw my old TV in the closet. Chip pulled the TV out of the closet, tore it down, replaced some parts and rebuilt that TV and it worked !. We also had many discussions about playing pool since I was very into it when I was a teenager, coming home with the blue chalk on my fingers. Chip is in a better world now and I will pray for him, may he rest in peace, Loving you Chip, Uncle Ronnie

Chip was a great person and I am glad I knew him. His craftsmanship was legendary in Albany. I remember many conversations with Chip about his love of hunting turkeys with his bow along the power line in New Salem. We hoisted many beers together at Pauly's hotel over the years just to celebrate life.

Chip was the coolest! He helped me find my way at Paulys and continued to support me when I worked next door at The Low Beat . He gave me a ring of keys to carry when I walked at night for protection and at one point gave me a bag of shark teeth from his mom’s place on the beach. So glad I still have both of these kind gifts. I loved hearing Chip’s stories about Albany and his family and his playing pool. He single-handedly kept Pauly’s together and he took such pride in it. His restoration work was something to behold. Truly an Albany fixture who will be so missed, I feel lucky to have known him. Rest easy Chip, I hope the Busch is flowing freely for you in Heaven! ♥️

Remembering Chip's pleasant demeanor, devilishly sneaky stick work on a pool table and with a big hug of thanks for him saving me from Tweak one afternoon at the Low Beat. One of the kindest and bravest man in Albany. You will be missed.

I've know Chip since I was 17 yrs old. In my 20's he used to make sure my twin sister and I were ok in the Colonial on Central Ave. when we went there...Fast forward 25 years and we reconnected through the APA pool leagues. Chip loved the pool leagues and he went to Vegas to compete Nationally. Him and I took a trip to Ct. to compete in a singles tournament as well. Chip was a good guy, and I will miss him. <3
