Obituary of Linda T. Brooks
FREEHOLD –
Linda T. Brooks, 73, of Freehold, NY, formerly of Queens, NY, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2024 at the Hospice Inn at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany.
The daughter of the late Thomas J. and Teresa (Holt) Benson, Linda was born on September 23, 1950 in Queens, NY. She was raised in Queens as a child. When she married she relocated to Cairo NY. For a time, Linda also lived in Florida for 15 years but decided to come back home in June 2023.
For many years she was employed at Columbia Memorial Hospital as a nurses’ aide.
Linda now joins her parents, and her late husband William Brooks.
Cremation has taken place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc. The Brooks Family has chosen to honor Linda’s memory and mourn her passing in private.
