Obituary of Loren D. Orvis
WHITEHALL –
Loren D. Orvis, 73, of Whitehall, NY, formerly of New Milford, CT, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2023 at Glens Falls Hospital.
The son of the late Marshall and Helen Orvis, Loren was born on January 5, 1950 in Middlebury, VT.
Loving father of Koreen (Kristofor Grize) and Kyle (Brittany).
Cherished grandfather of: Julian, Luna and Sylvia Grize, Marshall and Wild Orvis.
Dearest brother of: Beverly (Dave Tillbrook), Iona (Adam Douskey) and Wally.
In addition to his parents, Loren was predeceased by two brothers: Robert and Jack.
Cremation has taken place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc.
A Celebration of Loren’s Life will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 2PM in the Bridgewater Congregational Church 10 Clapboard Road, Bridgewater, CT 06752. All are welcomed.
