Dear Lucia,
I do not believe I ever met you in person. I worked at Motor Vehicles for two years in the early 70's and that is where I met your husband, Arthur. We worked together at the Ontario Street DMV. Over the course of the next 40 or so years I might have bumped into him at the Empire State Plaza a couple of timews. I never forgot him nor will I ever forget him. I recall he always spoke of you fondly. When we worked together we would dicuss issues of the day and almost everything under the sun. I always respected his opinions and his intellect. On the humorous side I would kid him on his habit of using his pencils when only a little nub remained. I always thought of him to be a kind and gentle man. I did not know he was in the Coast Guard. I am sure he served his country well. I believe without any doubt that God comforts and gives strength to those who grieve. I pray He will give you solace at this most difficult time. Bruce Busta
