Obituary of Joanne E. VanNatten
BALLSTON SPA –
Joanne E VanNatten passed into eternal rest on March 22, 2023, after a long illness.
Joanne’s last week at Saratoga Hospital was spent with her loving family and friends.
Joanne was the oldest of four children, born to the late Ernie and Muriel Bariteau and grew up in Waterford.
She graduated from Waterford High School and went out into the workforce.
Joanne was an extremely independent, compassionate, spunky, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend.
She was active in the local church and loved spending time with her family. Joanne had the biggest heart and smile.
She is survived by her three children: Monica Cable (Jason), Scott Heroux (Lisa), Ashley Cook (Rory).
Her six grandchildren: Austin (Tesha), Alexis (Lucas), Dylan (Andi), Alyson (Jarred), Alex (Jade), Molly and four great grandchildren. Her sister Diane Kenific, and her two favorite nieces Darcy and Stacy and a vast amount of cousins and her beloved Aunt Yolanda.
Mom, your spirit, and smile will forever live on in all who knew you!
