Obituary of Jason M. Storms

DELMAR - Jason Storms (Lewis) formerly of Delmar NY, passed away at the age of 44 on October 3, 2022 at Albany Medical Center after a year long battle with Leukemia. Jason was born August 21, 1978, in Albany NY. He leaves behind his two children Austin and Isabella Storms as well as a small group of close friends that Jason considered as family. Jason was a devoted father and an amazing friend to those blessed to have him in their lives. He is missed everyday. Jason’s children and friends would like to thank Dr. Renee Rodriguez-Goodemote and the staff at Saratoga Community Health Center as well as Dr. Hussain, the doctors, nurses and staff at New York Oncology Hematology for all there compassion and love. Cremation has taken place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc. A Celebration of Jason’s Life will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023, from 10 AM until 12 NOON at Jonesville United Methodist Church at 963 Main Street, Clifton Park NY 12065.
