Obituary of Carol Irene Sheller

ALBANY - Carol was taken to her eternal resting place to join those who have gone before her on June 23, 2023. She was surrounded by her loving family and is terribly missed by all, but we are comforted to know that she is at peace. Carol was born on September 26, 1951. She is survived by her beloved sons, David Sheller, Thomas Sheller (Dorothy), Jamie Sheller; and daughter, Bonnie Martinez (Cliff). Other survivors include her grandchildren, Casey, Maribel, and Angelina Martinez; her great-grandchildren, Mason, Glenn, and Cash Salisbury, as well as Cormac and Willow Bergeron. She was predeceased by a great-grandchild, Deklin Bergeron. Her surviving brothers and sisters include Bradley Brown (Bonnie), Ruth Brown (Leroy), Judy Brown (sister-in-law), Rebecca Biondi-Brown (Walter), Joseph Biondi (Donna), Sandra Biondi-Quirino (Danny), and Jane Luther; special longtime friends, Elizabeth Groat and Jimmy Kelly. She also leaves behind her beloved cat, "Tippy Toes" and dog "Gypsy". She is predeceased by her mother, Evelyn F. Casey-Brown Enos and her father, Sidney L. Brown Jr.; as well as her three brothers, Barry Brown, Bobby Brown and Bill Brown. Her hobbies were gardening and flowers, crocheting, and baking. Taking care of all the stray animals that came to her door looking for love. But her greatest love was family and her pets. She was a cancer survivor, a true "Warrior". Cremation has taken place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc. There will be no calling hours. A possible celebration of life would be announced at a later date.
