Obituary of Tracey Marie Barton
TROY, NY –
Tracey Marie Barton, 46, of Troy, NY, entered into rest on January 4, 2023, at Albany Medical Center following a long illness. She was surrounded by love.
The daughter of Lee Roy and Bonnie Marie (Miller) Judy of Clearville, PA, Tracey was born on July 7, 1976, in Cumberland, Maryland.
She was raised in Clearville, PA and has resided in Syracuse, NY, Florida, and for the last ten years of her life in Troy, NY. Tracey was a graduate of Flintstone Central School District, Class of 1994. She furthered her education at Allegany Community College and became a state board certified nurse’s aide.
Tracey will be warmly remembered as a very sweet, quiet, gentle soul, who never saw fault in others. She was willing to help others in hard times, and people were naturally drawn to her. Tracey made friends easily and developed deep connections. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, Tracey is survived by her life partner of 10 years, Robert Vincent DuVal, Jr., her two children Christopher House and Tierra Lynn Watson (Ryan), her three granddaughters Lilli, Selena, and Lavender, as well as one sister Joyce Russell, and two brothers Eric Judy and Shawn Judy. Aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews also survive.
In the final moments of her life, Tracey gave the gift of life to others in need. It was her express wish to donate her organs to save lives. In keeping with her wishes, Tracey will be cremated.
