Van was a great guy. We bought our 1st House in Dolgeville in 2006 around the time Van started. I've bought and sold many properties since then and worked with Van throughout the years and he was always great to work with. He was just a hardworking, witty, smart guy who loved business just like I do. I always told my wife I liked dealing with Van because he was a good honest guy and always went the distance for his customers. He will be sorely missed.

I just found our that Van had passed away. I am so sorry and my deepest condolences to Jan, Yvette, and Van's family on his passing. I knew Van from childhood through Cornell and after many years, sometime before his passing had some communications with him. I just looked him up to contact him again and found that he had gone.

i have not seen Van since college but when reading his obituary it became clear that he never changed his outlook on life or his very generous spirit ! i worked with him at TwoGuys many moons ago. For some reason i decided to look him up and then found about his death. My condolences to his family and especially Yvette who may actually remember me! Marie Granuzzo Lupinski

Jan, Trey & Family....We were deeply saddened to learn of Van's passing. There are so many memories of chatting with Van when we'd be on our daily walks past your home. So often Van would be outside tending to his garden or his blueberry bushes. Or outside with Biscuit. Always a smile and a little chat. Please accept our sincere condolences and know you are in our thoughts & prayers. God Bless you, Joanne, John and River

So very sorry to hear of the passing of Van. As a REALTOR primarily in the Gloversville/Johnstown area I had few opportunities to work with Van but when I did he was always pleasant and very knowledgeable. He has found his way to heaven and is free from all this world's ills. Bless you all.
