Pat was a good man. I remember his desire for discipleship, his thrust for God, and his eagerness to pray. His last gesture to me was to offer prayers for me, two weeks before his death! A good man is not easily forgotten.

It's hard to say goodbye to someone who has sacrificed and pour so much into my life. Even though he was tough, he helped kept things straight. The services were blessed because he strummed his guitar with reverence for God. During the times where he couldn't run the race, he would crawl if he had to. He once told me the meaning of his name, Patrick, meant "noble man." He lived it. Goodbye my friend, my father. I know the angles carried you away in glory.

Pat and I were friends for about two years, at one time he lived on north division street, and on highland avenue, I would walk to his home each morning so we could walk to school. Everyone remembers those long walks to school, the weather were apart of those walks. I also remember a few Halloween's we shared with the Hudson brothers who lived on Pemart avenue. Old memories never really go away.

Pat spoke into my life when I was young when not many else would. He reminded me to focus on what mattered. And what I loved about him is he would truly look out for you as he did for my parents. No fake stuff. Thanks, Patt. May others carry on your ministry in Love and deed.

I'm so sad that Patrick left this life so early. He was doing such an invaluable service to the Hudson Valley and the world, being a true ambassador of Christ and doing it with joy, commitment, and urgency. Only he could use the nickname he gave me and get away with it! I'm so sad for the fact that you and the girls and grandchildren have this giant void now. In all of it, though, we have that blessed assurance that his life carries on in place with forever wonders and manifold delights. I'm pretty sure Patrick has the most gorgeous guitar he's ever laid eyes on and is worshipping his heart out at the feet of Jesus right now. I thank God that I have unforgettable memories with the both of you, Joanne. Love you much, my faithful sister.

My deep condolences to Joanne and the Panettieri Family on Patrick's passing. Yet, your loss is Heaven's gain, as I know His faith in Christ brought Pat into the presence of The Lord, his Creator. I am thankful for The Lord's allowance to have met Pat in this life and to have witnessed his Christian faith in practice. You ran a great race Pat and no doubt were found faithful by God.
Shalom Brother!
