Obituary of Richard N. Parliman

ALBANY- Richard "Buzz" Newell Parliman died peacefully at the Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital on July 1, 2021. Buzz was born on his family's farm in Gilboa, NY. A graduate of Skidmore College, he was in the technology business where he served a number of local business and non-profits during a multi-decade career. He was the son of Newell and Naomi Parliman. He was predeceased by his sister Nancy Rushton and his parents. He is survived by his daughters, Chloe Parliman of Rochester and Emily Parliman of Saratoga, his life partner Mary Pepin, his sisters Carol Fahey, Betty Seeley, Ruth Lewis, Helen LaMore (Steve), a large extended family (including a special two-year-old, Rona) and a number of dear friends.
