Obituary of Audrey Lorenzo

HALFMOON- After a long and courageous fight, Heaven received a very special lady on May 15, 2021. Audrey Lorenzo, 83, of Halfmoon passed away in the comfort of her home. Waiting to greet her, was her loving husband of 60 years William J. Lorenzo Jr. She was born in Rensselaer in 1937 and was the daughter of the late Albert Perrotte Sr. Audrey is survived by her children; Donna (George) Kuchis, Thomas (Trisha) Lorenzo, John (Lisa) Lorenzo, her grandchildren; Bill and Danielle Lorenzo, step-grandchild; David Freckleton, Step-Great Grandchildren; Haley Connell, JJ and Brooklyn Freckleton and her beloved dog Max. Also survived by her dear friend and Sister-in-Law Cathy Catalfamo and nephews Kevin and Michael Perrotte. Besides her father, Audrey was also predeceased by her brother, Albert Perrotte, Jr. For many years in Florida, Audrey was an avid golfer, winning five club championships. She also loved to work in her flower and vegetable gardens, but she was the happiest when she was at the casino or rooting for her Tampa Bay Buccaneers (who won the Super Bowl this past year). Nothing meant more to her than her family, whom she loved with all her heart. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
