Obituary of Michael F. Wagner

Michael F. Wagner of Clifton Park NY age 69 passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2021 after along courageous battle with cancer, at his residence. He was born in Albany, son of the late Fred R. Wagner and the late Elizabeth Mae Vinson. He was predeceased by his sister Diane (Dolly) Wagner, John (Johnny) Wagner and stepson Jason Clark. Michael worked many years as a mechanic and in recent years he spent enjoying his retirement. Michael was the loving boyfriend of 21 years to his girlfriend Denise A Townsend, who cared for him during his cancer battle. He is survived by his brothers Dave Wagner of Earlton, Robert Wagner of Waterford and Jeff Sehn of Missouri, sisters Deborah Oeser of Schenectady, Donna Bennett of Ravena and Tisa Wagner. His brother-in-law Robert Oeser of Schenectady and sister-in-law Carol Wagner of Earlton. Daughters Heather and Jenica Wagner, stepson Jeremy Clark, grandchildren, nieces and nephews and his close friend James Latham of Clifton Park. Michael had a love of life and enjoyed it to the fullest. His sense of humor and outgoing personality made him very approachable, he loved meeting and socializing with new people. He loved his 2 Harley Davidson bikes, working on them and riding them on the open road. He first and foremost loved his family and friends, showing them in the thoughtful things he did. The family would like to thank Sara Traider for all her help and loving care during Michaels final days. Due to pandemic, there will be no calling hours. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
