Obituary of Emma Kay Blair
BALLSTON LAKE
Emma Kay Blair, age 76, of Ballston Lake, beloved wife of Kenneth James Blair, entered into eternal life on December 17, 2020 following a brief illness and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Emma Kay was born on January 16, 1944 in Witherbee, NY to Chester and Marie Sharrow. She was a registered nurse who selflessly dedicated her professional and personal life to caring for others.
Emma Kay enjoyed traveling and reading but her greatest enjoyment came from watching her grandchildren play sports and she was their biggest fan. Family gatherings were very special to her and her love for her family and friends was endless.
Emma Kay was predeceased by her parents and her beloved brothers Michael and David. Emma Kay is survived by her husband and children Amy (James) Styslinger, Kenneth (Michelle) Blair and her sister Donna (Wayne) Anderson. She also leaves behind her four cherished grandchildren; Ryan Blair, Kyle Blair, Nathan Styslinger and Erik Styslinger.
The family would like to thank St.Peter's hospital for the hard work and dedication of their medical staff who took excellent care of her and allowed her family say goodbye to her with love and compassion.
