Carol Lise (Sevigny) Franchell born April 3, 1948 (parents Robert and Ghislaine (LaBarre) Sevigny) died August 9, 2025, leaving her brother Richard and his wife, her sister spirit, Jacquelyn.

Grateful for a life of challenging work, continuous education, many serendipitous personal and professional chances and opportunities. She thanks her friends, coworkers and family for appreciating and/or loving her while letting her be who she is. It was a great ride and she loves you back.
