Obituary of Diane Lee Murobayashi

GLENS FALLS –

 

Mrs. Diane Lee Murobayashi, 84, of Glens Falls, formerly of South Glens Falls, died at Glens Falls Hospital on June 5, 2025.

 

She was born on February 17, 1941 in Glens Falls Hospital, daughter of the late George Normandinand Frances (Reeves) Normandin.

 

A lifelong resident, Diane received her education locally in South Glens Falls where she was raised. She later worked as a banker and accountant.

 

Our beloved mother Diane Murobayashi has passed on to join her late husband, Mitsugi along with her parents George and Frances Normandin and her brothers Philip, David and George. Diane worked as a banker for many years ,She enjoyed working with her co-workers and loved to interact with her customers. Later she went on to be an accountant , where she met her husband, Mitsugi. She had a wonderful, loving marriage. She was a kind-hearted and genial woman who loved and cared for her family. She would make sure we all gathered at her home to be together , where we would just simply share each other’s company and enjoy a good meal. She will be missed by everyone that knows her. She is survived by her sister Mary-Jane Normandin-Stark. Her sons, Daniel and wife Mary Caprood, Richard and wife Kerry and Steven Caprood., Grandchildren Kate , Joshua and John Caprood, many nieces ,nephews and grandchildren. Fond, loving memories of Diane will always follow us.

 

Predeceased by her parents, George and Frances, her brothers George, Philip and David and her beloved husband Mitsugi.
