Obituary of Renee Boucher-Di Preta
October 11th, 1961 - June 1st, 2025
Renee Boucher-Di Preta of East Greenbush, NY sadly left our world on June 1st, 2025 at age 63, surrounded by her loving family. She was a dedicated and loving mother as well as nonna (grandmother). She was loved amongst many for her quick sense of humor, loving smile, and delicious meals.
She was born in Brooklyn, NY on October 11th, 1961 to Russell and Margaret Boucher, who welcomed their 4th child into the world. She graduated from Brentwood High School in June of 1980. Her persistence led her to a job at the East Greenbush Central School District, where she worked for over 20 years, taking care of kids as she would her own. Her radiant energy, witty sense of humor, and encouragement was felt by teachers and students alike.
Renee is survived by her adoring children, Michael and his wife Kaitlyn, Angelina, and Giustina, her husband Mike, her grandchildren, Julianna and Alisyn, her sister, Stacy, and her little monster, her dog Phoebe, as well as many loving family and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Russell, her mother, Margaret, and her brother, Billy.

Renee enjoyed many things in this life. She loved being outside in the sun catching a tan, working on her always blooming garden, and being with friends for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. She loved beach vacations with her kids and grandchildren or spending time at her sister Stacy’s house. She was excited to explore the world after retirement. She had the ability to light up a room with her jokes and laughter.
Family and friends are invited to and may visit with Renee’s family at St. Louis de Montfort Roman Catholic Church at 75 New York Ave, Sound Beach, NY 11789, on Saturday, June 7th, 2025 at 10 am.
