EAST CHATHAM –
Curtis W. McIntyre, Sr., 74, of East Chatham, formerly of Red Rock, passed away on April 20, 2025.
He was born on December 7, 1950 in Hudson, New York. A son of the late Curtis D. McIntyre and Norma Phillips. He was raised in Red Rock, New York and received his education from Chatham Central School District.
Mr. McIntyre was employed by W.B. McGuires for over 30 years before retirement. He was a car fanatic, who loved car shows and his car show family. Curtis also enjoyed watching birds and wildlife. He will be warmly remembered for his funny sense of humor.
He married the late Elaine McIntyre on August 3, 1974 in Stottville, New York. In addition to his wife, Curtis was predeceased by his parents: Curtis D. McIntyre and Norma Phillips, his sisters Vivian Porter and Linda Kilmer.
Curtis is survived by his children: Curtis W McIntyre Jr (Amy McIntyre) and Christina McIntyre, his grandchildren: Cheyanne Corbett and Curty J McIntyre and great grandchildren: Lucas Rueger and Sage Rueger and siblings: Joan Craver and Doris Smith
