Obituary of Jade Aleece Roy

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden, unexpected passing of our Sweet Hunny Bunny Jade Aleece Roy on Sunday April 7, 2024 at her home in Scotia, NY.
Born January 13, 2008 at the formerly known as St. Claire’s Hospital in Schenectady, the moment she was born she filled everyone’s lives with so much love, light, and joy.
Jade was predeceased by her loving uncle, Raul David. She is survived by her devoted mother Danielle Wilmarth, brother Lucian Wilmarth. Grandmothers: Darlene Wilmarth and Heather Noack (Joe), grandfather John Wilmarth (Kelly), Aunts: Erica David and Amanda Coryell (Rich), along with her cousins and extended family.
Among her extended family lies the amazing staff at Langan in Albany as well as Scotia, whom provided additional love and support throughout her life and continue to do so after. We will be eternally grateful to you all.
Jade, a true warrior in life fought many battles, the strength, patience, and perseverance she exhibited will always be her most memorable qualities.
Jade will be so deeply missed by all that had the privilege of knowing her.
Cremation has taken place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc.
The family will be holding a private Celebration of Life.
