Mary Ellen & Family,
We are so very sorry for your loss. Billy was such a great person. He could do anything & was accepting of anything that was put in his path. His life was not always easy but he never complained. We are so glad that we got to spend time with him over the past few years. He was very helpful & we appreciated him very much. He was like his father-very easy going. He will be missed. There are quite a few people that were happy to see him-our grandmother was one of them-she loved him very much. Your cousin, Sandy & Tim

To the Cozzy family, we are deeply sorry for your loss. Brother Bill was always their for me and others when we needed something fixed or to have a beer and a laugh. He was very generous with his time when it came to helping others. He will be missed dearly but remembered by all those who got the chance to know him.
My deepest condolences and prayers to Maryellen and the Cozzy Family,
Paul Wallace

Dear Bill ~ First and foremost, you were my dear friend's husband and a loving father to your children and step-son. To me, you were a fantastic friend. You were gentle, funny, a lover of animals, nature and peace. You took everything in stride. Never looking back at the past, but lived each present day as we should do. You were a fantastic cook, you could do anything ~ landscaping, building, fixing anything and most of all, making your friends and family feel special. We all have our hard times, but you rose above all and lived the quiet life you always yearned for. Thank you so much for being in my life, and Perry feels the same way. We will never have to say goodbye, because too many great memories of you are in my heart. Thanks for being you. There are no reason for tears, because knowing you enhanced my life. Sending love to Mary Ellen and all your family, Karen and Perry
