It is with great sorrow that my brother has passed. Denis,you were a loving brother. Someone I looked up to all my life. I will always love you and will never forget you. May you rest in peace forever.

To Denis's Loved Ones, I pray the love of God enfolds you during your difficult times and he helps you heal with the passage of time. My thoughts and prayers are with you and yours. One thing’s for sure, whoever you are, wherever you’ve been, wherever you will go, as long as you walk this earth hard times will come and hard times will go. For some of us, it feels as though the hardship never lets up. And yet, if we offer love to others and do it in such a way that they can feel secure in our presence, we might just heal together. Rest in peace my brother. See you on the other side.

I was saddened to hear of the loss of my Uncle Dennis. I will cherish the memories of our family reunions in Birmingham and our visit with him this summer. My thoughts and prayers are with rest of the Place family.

Denis I will miss you with all my heart, sorry you we're both a Mets fan & Giants fan but thank God you weren't a Cowboys fan. I Thank Linda for giving you the love and peace in life that you deserved. I will always carry you with me in my heart. You're loving brother Terry
