Our Licensed Funeral Directors On Call (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) to assist and support throughout the entire process, the transfer of the remains to from the place of death to our mortuary. Positive identification and tracking upon arrival to the mortuary and proper care of the remains by refrigeration (no embalming). The Arrangement Conference with the Next of Kin or Responsible Persons either in person or virtually. We offer online signing of forms with E-Signature Technology. We secure all signed authorizations with those involved. We secure, complete and file the Death Certificate of the Deceased. We order on your behalf certified copies of the deceased. We provide expert counsel on matters such as estates, probate, filing life insurance claims and survivors benefits. We also provide initial notification to the Social Security Administration of the death of the deceased. We secure the legal permits for cremation to take place and schedule the cremation with a trusted, partnered crematorium locally. Once all legal obligations can be met, we personally transfer the deceased to the crematorium for cremation. Following the cremation, we will personally retrieve the cremated remains and return them to our office and keep secure in our indoor columbarium. Additionally, we will help you write the perfect obituary for your loved one announcing their passing and notifying the public of a ceremony (if applicable). We will record your loved one's biographical information, compose and write the obituary and once approved, publish the obituary at no charge across three different online platforms, including our website. We will also assist in publishing newspaper obituaries, if desired.
